The Role We are seeking an experienced Fit-Out Project Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of fast-paced retail and commercial shop fit-out projects across Dublin. You will be responsible for driving projects from inception to handover, ensuring exceptional quality for premium commercial clients. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery: Lead and manage Dublin-based fit-out projects, ensuring strict adherence to timelines and budgets.

Collaboration: Partner closely with contractors, specialist suppliers, and key stakeholders to guarantee seamless execution. Site Oversight: Monitor daily project progress, manage quality control, and enforce strict health and safety compliance. Stakeholder Management: Work hand-in-hand with clients, architects, and designers to realize exact project specifications.

Administration: Maintain flawless project documentation, variations tracking, and progress reports. Requirements Proven track record as a Project Manager specifically within retail or commercial fit-outs. Strong communication skills to manage relationships with premium client brands.

Ability to program and manage fast-track, high-finish construction schedules.
