Role Summary: The key responsibility of the Project Manager is to work closely with the Program Manager/Director on assigned projects owning end-to-end project management.

Skills : Atleast 4 years Core project management end-end life cycle experience PMP certification or equivalent training Healthcare Insurance industry business and operational knowledge Experience managing large, complex projects Able to work in a fast-paced growth environment Ability to work independently with minimal support & supervision Strong Leadership skills along with Planning skills Good verbal and written communication skills Problem Management and Resolution Stakeholder Management – proficiency to influence with calm authority Proactive forward thinking and ability to identify risks early Experience with an industry standard software development life-cycle Experience with customer relationship management Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite of products including Excel, PowerPoint and Word Willing to work in night shifts (3.00 PM to 12.00 AM). Create clear/complete communication and mitigation plans as necessary. Ensure change controls are submitted timely and accurately for internal meetings with the PMO, with all stakeholder approvals Build knowledge and expertise of the EHS platform, client organizational structure and business processes in order to become a trusted advisor through a defined development plan approved by your manager.

Meet with your peers and clients, and take actions to learn the business through introductions, meetings, and observations. Socialize lessons learned and best practices across teams to continuously improve future iterations of deliverables. Develop a comprehensive understanding of departments, functions and interdependencies across the Organization and the enterprise, including all Partner Plans and any new partnerships in 2026 and beyond.

Report status for your assigned projects as required and according to schedule. Know your deliverables and be able to represent in meetings and presentations as required. Strive to be a trusted advisor and strategic partner for your clients Analyze risk and instigate avoidance activities.
