Project Engineer - Ahmedabad, India Are you an experienced Project Engineer ready to lead impactful infrastructure projects? Treadwell Group is seeking a driven, capable professional to join our growing Project Management team. The Role You will lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key responsibilities: Manage projects from initiation through to completion Coordinate with engineers, designers, contractors, and clients Develop and track project plans, timelines, and resources Monitor progress using ERP systems, Power BI, and Gantt charts Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies Oversee procurement, vendor management, and contracts Lead project meetings and provide clear stakeholder updates Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations Prepare project documentation, reports, and budgets About You Degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Materials Engineering 5–10 years’ experience managing infrastructure projects Knowledge of Australian Standards AS 1170, AS 1428, AS 2156, AS 1657 (desirable) Confident in client-facing presentations and communication Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills Proficient in MS Project and project management tools PMP or PRINCE2 certification (desirable) Experience in water infrastructure (highly regarded) Why Join Us Work on meaningful infrastructure projects Be part of a high-growth, forward-thinking company Strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement Collaborative, performance-driven culture Opportunities for career progression Learn more: https://www.treadwellgroup.com.au/
