Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Engineer located in Chennai , India.

The BIM Engineer will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes, developing construction drawings, and collaborating with teams specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP), architecture, and civil engineering. The role also involves coordinating within multidisciplinary teams, ensuring accuracy in BIM models, and resolving design conflicts in alignment with industry standards. Qualifications Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and hands-on experience with related software Knowledge of Construction Drawings and the ability to interpret and create technical design documentation Experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) coordination and integration Background in Architecture or Civil Engineering, with a strong understanding of AEC principles Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field is required Previous experience in BIM processes and large-scale projects is preferred
