\n Responsibilities\n
In general, your responsibilities would include the following:
\n- \n
- Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor assigned engineering projects. \n
- Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications. \n
- Interact daily with clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field. \n
- Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, project team performance) and report regularly on project status. \n
- Assign responsibilities and mentor the project team. \n
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with Project Manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support. \n
- Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions as required. \n
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. \n
- Actively participate with Business Development; seek out opportunities with industry contacts on a regular basis, and contribute to identifying and winning your own pipeline and for FSC Link. \n

Qualifications\nYou will also have:
\n- \n
- A degree in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. \n
- Minimum of 6 years experience delivering civil infrastructure projects. \n
- Local Queensland and/or TMR experience is preferable. \n
- An ability to manage project teams to solve problems, drive health and safety culture and produce quality outcomes. \n
- Strong interpersonal skills to liaise positively with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of innovative client solutions. \n
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. \n
- Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards. \n
- Ability to work with multi-disciplinary projects. \n
