Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join their team. This role is essential for ensuring project success, providing technical expertise, managing budgets, and coordinating key activities throughout the construction process.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise throughout all project phases.
- Prepare cost estimates, manage budgets, and maintain financial reports.
- Coordinate subcontractor bids, contracts, and project requirements.
- Oversee project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and weekly reports.
- Manage project closeout tasks, including punch lists, O&M manuals, and inspections.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction, or civil engineering preferred.
- 1+ years of construction experience.
