Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join their team. This role is essential for ensuring project success, providing technical expertise, managing budgets, and coordinating key activities throughout the construction process.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise throughout all project phases.
• Prepare cost estimates, manage budgets, and maintain financial reports.
• Coordinate subcontractor bids, contracts, and project requirements.
• Oversee project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and weekly reports.
• Manage project closeout tasks, including punch lists, O&M manuals, and inspections.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction, or civil engineering preferred.
• 1+ years of construction experience.
