Job Description
Our client is seeking experienced Project Engineers and Senior Project Engineers to join their growing civil infrastructure team delivering major projects across Australia.
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of upcoming works, we are seeking motivated engineering professionals with proven civil construction experience to join a high-performing project delivery team.
Opportunities are available for both local-based roles and FIFO positions, offering the chance to work on significant civil and infrastructure projects.
Project Engineer Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience working in a Project Engineer position within civil construction or infrastructure
- Civil Engineering degree or relevant engineering qualification
- Experience supporting project delivery, site operations, and subcontractor coordination
- Understanding of construction methodologies, quality requirements, and project controls
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
Senior Project Engineer Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Project Engineer within civil construction or infrastructure projects, or currently working in a Senior Project Engineer position
- Proven experience delivering complex civil projects from commencement through to completion
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage engineers, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
- Experience with planning, cost control, reporting, and project performance
- Ability to drive successful project outcomes while maintaining safety, quality, and program objectives
