Based at our Mungari Operations and reporting to the Supply Superintendent,you'll:
Lead a high-performing warehouse team and support their ongoing development.
Ensure inventory, consumables and critical spares are available to keep the operation running smoothly.
Identifyopportunities to improve systems,processesand ways of working.
Use data, reporting and operational insights to optimise warehouse performance.
Champion a culture where safety, teamwork and accountability are non-negotiable.

This is a residential role based in Kalgoorlie on an attractive 5:2 / 4:3 roster, working 10-hour days.Candidatesresidingin Australia with fullworking rightsand willing torelocatepermanently toKalgoorliewill be provided relocation support.

Does this sound like you?
5+ years' experience in warehouse,logistics, inventory or supply chain operations within mining, heavyindustryor a similarly complex operational environment.
Demonstrated leadership experience(3+ years)supervising and developing teams, with the ability to build accountability,performanceand a positive team culture.
Current Forklift Licence,WA C Class Driver's Licence and Dangerous Goods Licence.
Section 26 Statutory Supervisor qualification will be highly regarded.
Strong knowledge of inventory management, materials control, warehousing best practices and critical spare parts management.
A continuous improvement mindset, witha track recordofidentifyingopportunities and implementing practical operational improvements.
Strong reporting,planningand organisational skills, with the ability to use data to support operational decision-making.
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build strong working relationships across maintenance,operationsand commercial teams.
Experience using ERP and inventory management systems, with Pronto experience highly regarded.
