Project Administrator
Remote | B2B Contract
We are looking for an experienced Project Administrator to support a global Professional Services portfolio and work across multiple projects and workstreams.This role is ideal for someone highly organised, confident, and comfortable managing reporting, governance, financial tracking, risks, issues, dependencies, and project documentation in a fast-paced international environment.
Key responsibilities:
-Track project deliverables, milestones, actions, risks, issues, and dependencies.
-Coordinate regular project and programme reporting cycles.
-Support project governance, including programme boards, SteerCo meetings, and workstream finances.
-Monitor project status and support transitions into BAU.
-Maintain project plans and ensure they remain accurate and up to date.
-Support project and quality assurance reviews.
-Assist with financial tracking, supplier milestones, change control, and reporting.
-Produce and maintain portfolio-level plans and documentation.
-Work closely with Project Managers, senior stakeholders, customers, and delivery teams.
Requirements:
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Experience with financial tracking and risk management.
Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills.
Strong communication skills at all levels.
Ability to manage a high-volume workload independently.
Experience in a PMO Analyst, Project Support, or Project Administrator role is preferred.
Customer-facing experience is an advantage.
Jira and Confluence experience is preferred.
Power BI experience is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
