Job Description
The Program Manager โ will own execution, and monitoring of sales programs. The role ensures target achievement, incentive discipline, productivity, and consistency across cities and shifts. This is a hands-on execution role, working closely with center managers, Cluster Managers and City teams Key Responsibilities Sales Performance Tracking & Reporting Track daily / weekly sales performance across all gyms Monitor: New memberships Conversions Renewals Maintain accurate dashboards and MIS Flag gaps, misses, and anomalies proactively Monitor adherence to defined targets and slabs Identify process breakdowns and work with center teams to fix them Stakeholder Management Act as the bridge between: Sales teams HR & Finance Leadership Conduct regular review calls with regional / cluster heads Key KPIs Data accuracy & reporting timeliness % centers meeting reporting & SOP compliance Incentive payout accuracy & turnaround time Reduction in sales leakage and disputes Consistency of execution across centers Skills & Experience Required 1-3 years experience in Sales operations Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills Experience in gyms, retail, QSR, telecom, or multi-location businesses Experience in high growth start ups Data-driven mindset with strong execution bias Good to have SQL
