Location: Mumbai (On-site) Industry: Personal Care / Personal Hygiene Experience: Minimum 3 yrs Salary: 6-8 LPA Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role California Nutralife Global Wellness Inc. is looking for a General Trade (GT) Distribution Sourcing Manager to lead distributor appointment and market expansion activities for its personal hygiene and personal care portfolio. The role will focus on identifying, evaluating, onboarding, and activating distributors, super stockists, and channel partners across key markets.

Candidates with strong FMCG distribution experience and an established distributor network are preferred. Key Responsibilities Distributor & Super Stockist Appointment Identify and appoint distributors, super stockists, and channel partners across assigned territories. Develop a strong GT distribution network for personal hygiene and personal care products.

Evaluate distributor infrastructure, financial capability, sales team strength, and market coverage. Negotiate commercial terms and finalize distributor agreements. General Trade Market Expansion Expand product availability across retail outlets, chemists, cosmetic stores, supermarkets, and FMCG counters.

Drive geographic expansion into new cities, districts, and territories. Build distribution coverage and improve market penetration. Identify white-space opportunities and new distribution markets.

Distributor Activation & Management Ensure newly appointed distributors are operational and actively generating secondary sales. Coordinate with sales teams to drive retailer onboarding and product placement. Monitor distributor performance and productivity.

Conduct regular distributor business reviews. Channel Development Develop strategies for increasing retailer reach and outlet coverage. Support trade schemes, retailer promotions, and market activation programs.

Work closely with field sales teams to achieve distribution targets. Improve product visibility and availability in General Trade channels. Market Intelligence Track competitor distribution networks and market activities.

Identify emerging markets and channel opportunities. Gather distributor and retailer feedback for business growth. Maintain distributor database and territory mapping reports.

Proven experience in distributor appointment and market expansion. Strong distributor and super stockist network across assigned regions.

Ability to travel extensively for distributor development. Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills. Experience working with FMCG, personal care, skincare, hygiene, or wellness brands preferred.
