Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Product Manager based in Mumbai. The Executive Product Manager will oversee the lifecycle of assigned products, including market research, strategy development, and execution to achieve optimal product positioning. Daily responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, monitoring product performance, and driving continuous improvement.

The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and align product strategies with company objectives. Key responsibilities include : - Drive product strategy and lifecycle management for oncology/hematology portfolio, aligned with Indian pharma market dynamics - Conduct market research & competitor analysis (e.g., pricing, positioning, prescription trends) to identify growth opportunities - Develop and execute brand plans including positioning, messaging, and promotional strategies - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Medical, Regulatory, Supply Chain) to ensure seamless product execution - Design and implement go-to-market strategies for new launches and line extensions - Work closely with field force to track doctor engagement, patient insights, and prescription behavior - Monitor product performance (sales, market share, ROI) and optimize strategies accordingly - Create scientific and marketing content (presentations, training materials, promotional inputs) for stakeholders - Support KOL engagement and clinical awareness initiatives to strengthen brand credibility - Ensure alignment with compliance and regulatory guidelines in all promotional activities Qualifications Work experience 1-3 years. Expertise or strong interest in Product Management, Market Research, and Strategic Planning Strong skills in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, and Performance Tracking Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Team Collaboration abilities Problem-Solving, Decision-Making, and Critical Thinking proficiency Familiarity with Healthcare or Pharmaceutical Industry practices and trends Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field (MBA preferred) Experience with project management tools and methodologies is a plus Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Interested candidates can email their resume to
