Application Deadline: 30 June 2026 Department: Federal Services Location: Washington, DC Compensation: $57,000 - $60,000 / year Description Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (preferred but listed as required in the document’s “Desired” category). Responsibilities: Provide technical assistance and direct support to headquarters and field management personnel on matters involving quality management. Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring management information systems to improve both long‑ and short‑range quality production processes.
Serve as a communications bridge among Headquarters, Regional and District leadership, and other Government directorates, ensuring the successful implementation of quality policies and procedures. Coordinate and participate in recurring teleconferences, meetings, and communications among field offices, Headquarters, and various stakeholders. Prepare reports using detailed statistical analysis to document program activities, production trends, and data integrity outcomes.
Produce periodic reports for leadership review and distribution. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise: Strong analytical and statistical reporting skills. Proficiency in quality management practices, production processes, and data integrity protocols.
Ability to function as a liaison across geographically dispersed teams. Strong written and verbal communication abilities to support cross‑functional coordination. Capacity to work independently, manage competing priorities, and support special projects with minimal oversight.
