Production Manager

Sunamp is growing and we’re strengthening the core of how we deliver. We’re looking for a Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operation at Newhailes, owning output, quality and performance as we scale. This is not a steady-state role.

This is about leading under pressure, building capability, and delivering consistently as demand increases . You’ll be the person who: Delivers production safely, on time and in full Owns performance, output and cost control Builds and develops production teams and capability Drives continuous improvement and operational efficiency Ensures quality and compliance standards are met Works closely with supply chain and engineering to protect delivery You’ll lead through Team Leaders, with responsibility for performance on the ground — while shaping how production evolves as the business grows. We’re looking for someone who: Has proven experience leading production in a manufacturing environment Can manage performance, cost and people under pressure Is confident driving improvement, not just maintaining output Takes ownership and delivers results consistently Why Sunamp?
