Product Manager - SaaS (Healthcare / Compliance) Location: UK / Ireland (Remote/Hybrid options available) Contract - 6 months+ About the Company We’re working with a fast-growing SaaS company operating in the healthcare and compliance space. Their core product is an AI-driven platform helping organisations manage quality, safety, and regulatory processes. It’s a modern, cloud-native application already live across multiple international markets and now entering a major growth phase. With multiple new modules being built from scratch, this is a key moment to join and shape the product’s future. The Role We’re looking for a Product Manager who thrives in high-autonomy environments and enjoy owning problems end-to-end. You’ll work closely with engineering teams to define, prioritise, and deliver features into a live SaaS product. This is a hands-on role focused on execution - not just strategy. You’ll be responsible for turning real customer problems into shipped product. Key Responsibilities Own product areas end-to-end, from discovery through to delivery Work closely with engineers to shape solutions and define requirements Translate customer and business needs into clear product decisions Prioritise effectively across competing demands Ship features iteratively and continuously improve based on feedback Engage directly with customers and stakeholders in a regulated domain What We’re Looking For Experience as a Product Manager within a SaaS environment Strong track record of delivering features into production Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving product environments Experience working closely with engineering teams Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to operate with high ownership and minimal oversight Nice to Have Experience in healthcare, compliance, or other regulated industries Experience working on early-stage or scaling SaaS products (MVP → growth) Exposure to multi-tenant platforms Tech Environment (for context) .NET Core (C#), React, TypeScript Azure (App Services, SQL, Storage, Identity) CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native architecture You don’t need to be hands-on technically, but you should be comfortable working closely with engineers in this environment.
