Project Manager – Mobile Network Testing Overview Project Manager responsible for delivering mobile network testing projects across 3G, 4G LTE, and 5G environments, ensuring successful validation of network performance, quality, and readiness for commercial deployment. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of mobile network testing projects (RAN, core, and field testing) Manage planning, scheduling, scope, budget, and risks Coordinate test teams performing drive testing, lab testing, and performance validation Oversee KPI analysis (throughput, latency, handovers, call success rates) Ensure effective execution of 5G/4G/3G testing strategies and rollout support Liaise with engineering, RF, and vendor teams (e.g., Ericsson, Nokia, Huawei) Provide clear reporting, dashboards, and stakeholder updates Requirements Proven project management experience in telecom/mobile network environments Strong understanding of 3G/4G LTE and 5G NR technologies Experience with network testing tools and methodologies (drive testing, log analysis) Knowledge of RAN and core network fundamentals PMP/PRINCE2 certification preferred Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
