Product Marketing Strategy Manager

Hybrid – 3 days a week in Dorking office

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver product marketing strategies that support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Create compelling product positioning and messaging that clearly communicates customer value.
• Support the planning and execution of product launches, enhancements, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure alignment and successful delivery of key initiatives.
• Use customer insights, market trends, competitor activity, and performance data to inform marketing decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
• Develop marketing materials and campaigns that drive awareness, consideration, adoption, and customer engagement.
• Monitor campaign and product performance, using insights to optimise activity and improve results.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business and contribute to wider strategic objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience in Product Marketing, Marketing, Go‑to‑Market, Customer Marketing, Campaign Marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of how marketing can support product growth, customer engagement, and commercial objectives.
• Experience developing and delivering marketing campaigns or go‑to‑market initiatives.
• Ability to translate complex product features and benefits into clear, customer‑focused messaging.
• Comfortable using data, customer feedback, and market insights to inform decisions and measure success.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams in a collaborative environment.
• Previous people management or leadership experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
