This role is part of our Automated Vision Systems product line.
We are looking for a bold, strategic, and highly collaborative Product Marketing Specialist to help bring our solutions to market in a way that is compelling, differentiated, and deeply relevant to our customers. This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, customer insight, and brand storytelling.
As Product Marketing Specialist you will shape how we position our offerings, communicate our value, and drive market adoption across a complex global landscape. You will translate technical capabilities into clear customer benefits, develop go-to-market strategies, and equip internal teams with the messaging and tools they need to win.
Responsibilities
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches, feature releases, and market expansions.
- Develop and own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions to ensure consistency across marketing, sales, and campaign communications.
- Turn complex technical concepts into clear, persuasive, customer-focused narratives.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies (paid campaigns, social media, website).
- Create high-impact sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, battlecards, case studies, one-pagers, and product collateral.
- Lead demand generation campaigns with strong messaging and content that drives awareness and pipeline.
- Help define target audiences, buyer personas, and customer journeys across public and private sector markets.
- Partner closely with product management, sales, corporate marketing, and leadership to align market strategy with business goals.
- Coordinate trade show & event participation, including logistics, booth setup, shipping, and collaboration with partners.
- Measure and report on product marketing performance, launch effectiveness, and content impact.
- Responsible for tracking marketing expenses.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, strategic marketing, or go-to-market roles.
- Experience marketing technical, industrial, SaaS, engineering, infrastructure, or B2B solutions preferred.
- Strong ability to craft clear messaging and positioning for complex solutions.
- Demonstrated success launching products and supporting revenue growth.
- Ensuring product innovations are matched with strong market narratives and successful launches.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Helping sales teams communicate our value with confidence and consistency.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, strengthening alignment across product, marketing, and sales.
- Comfortable working in a global, matrixed, and fast-evolving environment.
