The Product Manager plays a key role in shaping the strategy, execution, and continuous evolution of Introhive’s product capabilities.

Working closely with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market functions, this role translates product vision and customer insights into actionable plans that drive meaningful outcomes for both customers and the business. This remote-first opportunity is ideal for a technically strong Product Manager who has delivered meaningful product functionality and is now looking to take ownership of a broader product area serving multiple user personas and workflows. This is a true product management role—focused on defining execution strategies, driving product outcomes, and owning a meaningful portion of the overall product roadmap.

What You’ll Be Doing Own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from ideation through launch, iteration, and eventual sunset for key persona-driven product workflows. Work closely with customers and go-to-market teams to identify high-impact opportunities, building compelling business cases and defining investment priorities. Develop and maintain product vision and long‑term roadmaps informed by hypotheses, data insights, and market understanding.

Prioritize competing initiatives based on user needs, product strategy, and measurable business outcomes. Collaborate directly with Engineering and Design teams to define execution plans and deliver impactful product capabilities. Support successful product delivery through close collaboration with Sales, Support, and Marketing teams, ensuring strong communication, education, and release readiness.

Monitor product performance and adoption following releases, identifying opportunities for iteration, improvement, or expansion. Maintain long‑term ownership of product investments by managing ongoing adoption, maintenance, feature evolution, and eventual product lifecycle decisions. This role requires a customer‑centric approach focused on solving real problems and delivering outcomes rather than simply shipping features.

The Product Manager will play a critical role in shaping strategy, guiding development, and ensuring solutions are adopted and deliver measurable value. What We Are Looking For Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a structured approach to evaluating opportunities and addressing challenges. Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with the ability to translate customer insights and data into clear product strategies.

A customer‑centric mindset with experience conducting user research and usability testing. Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working within sprint cycles, backlog management, and iterative development processes. Proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Design.

A bias toward action, with an iterative approach that accelerates learning and reduces risk. Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively and confidently say “no” to initiatives that do not align with product strategy or business goals. Why Introhive?
