Reports To: Group Product Manager Duration: 1‑year contract Location: Ottawa, Ontario (hybrid) Effective: April 2026 Position Overview This is a unique opportunity to join the REALTOR.ca Product Management Team in a role focused on core platform capabilities and member experiences that power the broader REALTOR.ca ecosystem.

You will lead product initiatives across member‑facing tools and foundational systems, including the Member App, Single Sign‑On (SSO), authentication, and real‑estate board data integrations. These capabilities are critical to ensuring secure, seamless, and scalable access across REALTOR.ca products and partner systems. Grounded in data, technical understanding, and stakeholder collaboration, you will own problem spaces end to end from discovery through delivery.

Shape the Future Help define and evolve the vision for member and platform capabilities across the REALTOR.ca ecosystem. Lead structured product discovery using research, data, MVP experiments, and rapid validation to ensure we are solving the right problems. Identify strategic and tactical opportunities to grow adoption and achieve business goals.

Build a strong technical understanding of system architecture, APIs, and integration dependencies to inform decision‑making. Stay current on emerging technologies, security practices and trends in identity, access management and digital platforms. Drive Outcomes Build and maintain an effective roadmap to prioritise important features that solve market problems and are aligned with business goals.

Set and track KPIs and OKRs to measure impact, surface ROI considerations, and course‑correct plans based on results. Apply GenAI tools thoughtfully to boost team efficiency and explore product applications. Partner closely with your Group Product Manager and Product Director to share insights, align priorities and ensure your product contributes meaningfully to the overall portfolio strategy.

Manage Product Lifecycle Act as the voice of members and stakeholders, and the SME for your product area, translating insights into clear requirements and priorities. Translate technical and integration requirements into clear, actionable product documentation and developer‑ready stories. Guide cross‑functional delivery across engineering, design, QA, analytics and external stakeholders.

Contribute to demos, documentation and stakeholder communications as needed. Continuously Engage with Stakeholders Collaborate closely with internal teams including engineering, operations, legal, research, support, marketing and business stakeholders. Work with real‑estate boards and partner organisations to align on integration requirements and shared priorities.

Conduct member interviews and feedback sessions to improve workflows and usability. Present updates, roadmaps and demos to executives, REALTOR® members and partners. Work collaboratively alongside product leaders and peers, balancing autonomy with alignment and contributing to shared strategy through clear, actionable planning.

Qualifications & Skills Education & Experience 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager with a track record of delivering and launching impactful products. Experience working with platform products, authentication systems, SSO, identity management, or complex cross‑system integrations. Experience operating in environments involving compliance, data privacy and access control.

Technical Skills Strong technical acumen and the ability to work effectively with developers, including understanding system architecture, APIs and digital ecosystems. Familiarity with GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and an understanding of how AI can support product development and efficiency. Experience with analytics and product tools such as GA4, Similarweb, Azure DevOps, Jira, Qualtrics or Figma.

Ability to analyse quantitative and qualitative data using tools such as SQL, BI platforms, surveys, or user interviews. Soft Skills Collaborative team player with experience working in multi‑PM environments or alongside product leadership. Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and provide proactive updates.

Clear and effective communicator who can engage stakeholders across teams and levels. Assets Experience in industries such as real estate, financial services, banking or the proptech ecosystem. Bilingualism (English/French).
