ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a dynamic, self-starter Product Manager to lead product initiatives across our Education and Compliance verticals. This is a high-impact role that demands someone who can ramp up quickly, think strategically, and roll up their sleeves to execute β all while collaborating seamlessly with an existing product team within the Education vertical.
The ideal candidate brings experience across more than one domain, has a strong product strategy mindset, and is already leveraging Gen AI tools as part of their day-to-day product management work. We are open to relaxing years-of-experience requirements for exceptionally capable, high-energy candidates from strong MBA programs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Education Vertical
- Partner with the existing Education PM team to align on roadmap priorities and delivery milestones.
- Drive product initiatives for platforms including AppsAnywhere, HΔpara, eRezLife, SPOL, and LabStats.
- Gather and synthesize feedback from K-12 and higher education institution stakeholders.
- Define and monitor product KPIs related to student experience, faculty productivity, and campus ops.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment between engineering, design, and domain SMEs.
Compliance Vertical
- Own product roadmap for regulatory, document control, and accreditation software (Ithos, DocXellent, McCreadie, Blue Link).
- Translate complex compliance requirements into clear, actionable product specifications.
- Engage deeply with compliance officers and QMS users to uncover unmet needs.
- Ensure product releases meet industry regulatory standards and accreditation guidelines.
- Identify opportunities to embed AI/ML capabilities within compliance workflows.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must-Have Requirements
- Experience working across 2+ product domains (not limited to Education or Compliance).
- Demonstrated use of Gen AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Cursor, Notion AI) in PM workflows β discovery, PRD writing, data analysis, roadmapping.
- MBA from a reputed institution with strong product strategy coursework or equivalent product leadership experience.
- Proven ability to execute: written specs, user stories, sprint planning, stakeholder reporting.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with evolving product scope.
Good to Have
- Prior exposure to EdTech, RegTech, or compliance software.
- Experience with B2B SaaS product lifecycle from 0β1 and 1βN.
- Familiarity with instructional design or accreditation frameworks (HLC, ABET, SACSCOC).
- Understanding of API integrations and data flow between campus systems.
