Responsibilities: Product & Roadmap Define and prioritise the app roadmap aligned to learning outcomes and business goals Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the engineering team Run A/B tests and use data to iterate quickly on features User & Content Research parent and child needs to inform product decisions Design intuitive content discovery, curriculum flows, and daily learning habits Ensure a safe, age-appropriate experience for children aged 0–9 Growth & Monetisation Own subscription KPIs — trial conversion, renewals, and LTV Identify opportunities for new features, tiers, and international expansion What We're Looking For Must Have 1–4 years of product management experience in consumer apps, ed-tech, or media Strong track record shipping and iterating mobile products (iOS & Android) Comfort with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Firebase, or similar) Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Nice to Have Experience with kids' platforms, OTT/streaming, or subscription businesses Familiarity with multilingual product development or global rollouts Background in or passion for early childhood education What We Offer High-impact role — your work reaches 20M+ families daily Founding-team-level ownership and visibility Competitive salary with performance incentives In-office role at our Bengaluru studio A mission you can believe in: making every child's screen time count
