Many of our colleagues already work flexibly and we’re always happy to explore what works best for you.**This is more than just a job - it’s a chance to grow, develop, be part of something great and take on more responsibility.*** Maintaining and developing sophisticated pricing models* Analyse, evaluate, and assess new rating factors and develop pricing structures that utilise them* Acquire and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the pricing and analysis tools used across the team, including WTW Radar, WTW Emblem, Databricks, SAS Enterprise Guide, SQL, and Python* Support leaders within pricing and the wider business to deliver business objectives, including driving improvements to risk selection, loss ratio and growth.* Taking responsibility for managing certain processes and liaising with relevant stakeholders both within and external to the organisation.* Managing and developing analysts, demonstrating and role modelling the company values and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and agility.**What you can bring to the team:*** Excellent numerical and analytical skills, a good problem solver and high attention to detail & accuracy* Experience of predictive modelling and machine learning techniques applicable to insurance pricing* Exceptional critical thinking skills and intellectually curious* Good communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to lead, manage and develop others in your team* Adaptable to changing needs of the business in a competitive market* Experience analysing data using Actuarial or analytical techniques (Desirable)***Not sure if you tick every*** At Covéa, we understand that not every candidate will meet every requirement listed.
