Senior Bid Manager - JD

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Bid Manager with 10+ years of experience in managing end-to-end bid processes for App Dev/Support and infrastructure services. The ideal candidate will work closely with sales, delivery, solutioning, pricing, and leadership teams to deliver high-quality proposals that align with customer requirements and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end bid lifecycle, from opportunity identification to final submission.
• Work with sales and account teams to understand client requirements, deal strategy, and win themes.
• Coordinate with solution architects, pricing, delivery, and legal teams to develop compelling proposals.
• Own the proposal documentation (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, presentations, executive summaries, commercials).
• Develop and maintain bid plans, timelines, and compliance checklists to ensure on-time and quality submissions.
• Conduct storyboarding and review sessions with stakeholders to ensure alignment with client expectations.
• Ensure proposals clearly articulate value proposition, differentiators, and competitive positioning.
• Track and report bid progress, risks, and dependencies to senior management.
• Maintain and continuously improve a knowledge repository of standard proposal content, case studies, and templates.
• Support oral defense preparations, including pitch materials, rehearsals, and executive briefings.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in bid/proposal management with experience in managing App Dev/Support/Migration support, digital transformation and infrastructure deals.
• Strong understanding of IT services, infrastructure, cloud, and digital solutions.
• Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
• Strong business writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
