Job Description Role: Pre-Sales Engineer β Cybersecurity Job Type: Onsite Location: Delhi | Chennai | Bengaluru | Mumbai | Pune | Gujarat | Kerala Experience Required: 2 to 5+ years Job Overview: As a Pre-Sales Engineer β Cybersecurity , you will bridge the gap between our cybersecurity solutions and customer needs. Collaborating closely with the sales team, you'll provide technical expertise, conduct product demonstrations, and assist in crafting tailored security solutions that align with client requirements. Key Responsibilities: Technical Consultation: Engage with prospective clients to understand their technical, business, and security requirements , offering insights into how our cybersecurity solutions can address their challenges.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct detailed product presentations and demonstrations, showcasing the features and benefits of our cybersecurity offerings . Solution Design: Collaborate with the sales team to design customized secure solutions that meet client specifications and requirements. Proposal Support: Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, including the creation of scope of work documents and response to RFPs, with a focus on security architecture and compliance .
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their security needs are met and expectations are exceeded. Market Feedback: Provide feedback to the product development team based on client interactions to inform future cybersecurity product enhancements . Key Requirements: Education: Bachelorβs degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years in technical support or pre-sales role. Fresh graduates with relevant internships or projects are encouraged to apply. Technical Skills: Basic understanding of IT solutions, software applications, networking concepts, and fundamental cybersecurity concepts (firewalls, VPNs, SIEM, etc.) .
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical and security concepts clearly. Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze client requirements and propose effective and secure solutions . Team Collaboration: Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with sales and technical departments.
