## Job Description# Power Platform/Copilot Studio DeveloperWe are looking for a **Senior****Powe****r Platform Developer** with proven experience delivering enterprise-grade solutions using **Powe****r Apps**, **Powe****r****Automate**, and **Copilot Studio agents**. This role leads design and development efforts end-to-end—partnering with business leaders and IT to deliver secure, scalable automations and AI-powered experiences. You’ll also mentor other developers and help drive platform standards, ALM practices, and governance across the organization.* Build and maintain **Canvas Apps and Model-driven Apps** with strong UX, maintainability, and performance standards.* Implement role-based experiences, validations, and enterprise-grade error handling/logging patterns.* Review and optimize Power Fx logic, data access patterns, delegation, and app performance.- Implement actions and orchestration using **Powe****r****Automate**, structured knowledge sources, and governed data access.* **5–8+ years** delivering business applications/automation solutions, with **3–5+ years** in Microsoft Power Platform.* Proven ability to lead technical design, drive standards, and deliver with minimal supervision.* Strong stakeholder management skills—able to communicate tradeoffs, risks, and options clearly.- Demonstrated experience delivering **multiple production** solutions using: * **Powe****r Apps** (Canvas and/or Model-driven) * **Powe****r****Automate** (complex cloud flows) * **Copilot Studio agents** (enterprise use cases)- Strong experience with **Dataverse** (data modeling, security roles, relationships, business rules).- Experience with **enterprise integrations** (standard connectors; ideally custom connectors / APIs).*Apex Systems is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
