Power BI Developer - Consultant

Overview A fast-growing biotech company in Watertown, MA is seeking a Power BI Contractor to take ownership of an executive-level dashboard initiative. This role will focus on enhancing and supporting dashboards that provide real-time visibility into clinical trial data and preparing for upcoming phases of reporting and analytics. Responsibilities Support and enhance existing Power BI dashboards that deliver real-time insights to leadership.

Improve dashboard usability and visualization design, ensuring solutions are both elegant and user-friendly. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions. Implement best practices for data modeling, performance optimization, and security.

Partner with technical teams to ensure integration with Snowflake and Data Lake environments. Provide recommendations on visualization improvements and data storytelling approaches. Qualifications Strong hands-on experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query, dashboard design).

Experience working with Snowflake and/or Data Lake environments. Background in data visualization best practices with a strong eye for UI/UX in reporting. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work closely with business stakeholders.

Prior experience in biotech or pharmaceutical environments strongly preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
