We’re Hiring: Production Order Entry Associate – Apparel

Stride Logistics & Consultants is hiring a Production Order Entry Associate to support a growing multinational apparel company based in New York, USA.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in production support, order management, or purchase order processing—preferably within the apparel industry. The successful candidate should be detail-oriented, well-organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Create purchase orders in CITRIX BlueCherry ERP and verify the accuracy of all entered data

• Experience in apparel sector is mandatory

• Set up and maintain reference-table data within the ERP system

• Review documents, identify discrepancies, and obtain missing information

• Update and maintain existing system records accurately

• Create product labels and price tickets using BarTender software

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in production support, order processing, purchase order management, or the order cycle—preferably in the apparel industry

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, VLOOKUP, and PivotTables

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical ability

• Good written and verbal English communication skills

• Ability to manage deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills

• Experience with one or more apparel or enterprise ERP platforms, such as BlueCherry (CGS), SAP S/4HANA, ApparelMagic, or Zubizi
