PMO Business Analyst

Job Description We are looking for someone who can take ownership of PMO tools and management information, bring together multiple data sources, and provide clear insight to support decision-making. You will work closely with delivery teams and senior stakeholders across the business, ensuring Capital Projects and MAC activities align with the Global Blueprint, OneISS Way and the 3C’s (Capability, Credibility and Cost Leadership). Key Responsibilities Design, build and continuously improve PMO processes, governance and standard operating procedures aligned to global standards.

Own and develop boards, ensuring effective integration and end-to-end visibility across project delivery. Lead data integration, automation and reporting across Excel, and other data sources. Develop and maintain management information, dashboards and reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

Support Capital Projects and MAC delivery through best practice tools, documentation and risk mitigation. Coordinate capital investment planning and support bid submissions, including commercial modelling. Monitor governance compliance, support internal audits and implement improvement actions where required.

Provide training and guidance on processes, systems and tools to delivery teams and new starters. Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications Demonstrable experience in a Business Analyst role, ideally within a PMO environment. Advanced Excel capability, including Power Query and Power BI.

Proven experience designing, implementing and improving processes and governance frameworks. Strong experience in automating processes to drive efficiency and consistency. Confident working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with senior stakeholders.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. High level of IT literacy, including Microsoft Office and MS Project. Experience with online tools such as and Fast Draft (or equivalent).

Educated to HNC or Degree level (or equivalent) in a business or management discipline; technology-related qualifications beneficial. Demonstrable competency using PDA and mobile software applications.
