PMO Analyst – Healthcare portfolio We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented PMO Analyst to support the Healthcare portfolio in delivering effective project governance, reporting, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with a collaborative approach to drive operational excellence across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities Support Delivery Leads and Senior Management with project coordination, reporting, and administration. Prepare and distribute meeting materials, action logs, and status reports. Maintain project documentation, charters, schedules, and risk registers.

Track and report on budgets, forecasts, KPIs, risks, and issues. Manage dependencies, constraints, and resource capacity planning. Develop dashboards and executive summaries for stakeholder updates.

Ensure adherence to PMO standards, methodologies, and frameworks. Implement and maintain PMO tools, templates, and best practices. Lead financial and commercial reporting to monitor spend and headroom.

Coordinate training, recruitment, and change management activities. Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the portfolio. Qualifications Proven experience in a PMO or Project Support role.

Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus. Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile). Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under own direction.

Experience with Project Management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, SharePoint). Knowledge of portfolio management and resource planning. Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., P3O, PMO Practitioner).

Proven capability to generate detailed reports and dashboards for accurate tracking of project/portfolio progress and metrics. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
