PMO Analyst

PMO Consultant 6-Month Day Rate Contract Dublin City Centre (Hybrid)

I'm working exclusively with a leading financial services organization that is looking to appoint an experienced PMO Consultant to support the delivery of a major Payments Transformation Programme.

This is an initial 6-month day-rate contract, based in Dublin City Centre with a hybrid working model, offering the opportunity to join a high-profile programme with strong extension potential.

The Role

• Drive PMO governance across a large-scale transformation programme


• Produce programme reporting, dashboards and executive updates


• Manage RAID logs, actions, dependencies and programme documentation


• Support planning, budgeting, forecasting and financial tracking


• Ensure projects adhere to governance standards and delivery milestones


• Work closely with Project Managers, delivery teams and senior business stakeholders


• Support delivery across both Agile and Waterfall workstreams

Requirements

• Proven experience as a PMO Consultant within enterprise transformation programmes


• Payments and Banking experience is essential


• Strong programme governance, reporting and portfolio management experience


• Experience with Clarity (PPM), QlikView, Coupa and Power BI


• Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies


• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills


• Previous experience working within regulated financial services environments is highly desirable
