- Provide portfolio placement support to inform prioritisation decisions, including delivery confidence, dependencies, capacity constraints, sequencing implications and key trade-offs
- Track benefit delivery and highlight variance, risk and confidence against planned outcomes throughout the project lifecycle
- Support governance forums by preparing reporting, commentary and analysis that enable informed discussion, challenge and decision-making
- Support assurance activity including stage gate reviews and health checks, ensuring evidence is complete, accurate and decision ready
What You Bring
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret delivery data, identify trends and turn information into clear insight
- A structured, methodical approach with strong attention to detail and a focus on data quality and consistency
- A continuous improvement mindset, with an interest in improving PMO tools, systems, dashboards and ways of working
- Confidence to provide constructive challenge to project managers on governance requirements, reporting quality, planning assumptions and PMO controls
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present insight clearly and credibly
- Experience working in project, programme or portfolio environments with an understanding of governance, reporting and assurance
