Korzen Health is seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Psychiatric Physician Assistant to join our inpatient psychiatry team in Nashville, TN. This role is ideal for providers who enjoy acute psychiatric care in a structured inpatient environment and appreciate a balanced schedule that supports both professional growth and personal time. Provide medication management and monitor patient progress . Participate in daily rounding, treatment planning, and interdisciplinary team meetings . Collaborate with psychiatrists, nursing staff, and care teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care .
Assist with discharge planning and continuity of care coordination . Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards. Requirements Board Certified PMHNP or Physician Assistant with psychiatric experience (or strong mental health background).
Licensed or license-eligible in Tennessee . Tennessee DEA/CDS required or ability to obtain. Comfortable working in an inpatient psychiatric setting .
