Job Description:

1.     Production and Operations Management

·        Plan, Organise & Oversee daily plant operations for efficient production

·        Ensure achievement of production targets

2.     Quality Assurance

·        Ensure compliance with Customer specifications, OEM standards & QMS

·        Drive Zero Defect Culture through strong quality management system & Root cause analysis

3.     Maintenance

·        Oversee preventive & predictive maintenance of critical machines

·        Ensure zero downtime & Smooth production flow

4.     Supply Chain & Inventory

·        Monitor raw material availability           

·        Ensure optimum inventory levels          

·        Coordinate with procurement & vendors for timely supply      

·        Control work in progress & finished goods stock as per demand          

5.     Cost Reduction Initiative          

·        Optimise production cost through efficiency improvement    

·        Manage plant budget & ensure cost reduction

·        Take initiative on EBITDA margin improvement

6.     Strategic & Continuous Improvement

·        Drive automation          

·        Support new product development     

Key Skills & Competencies   

·        Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Process preferably in Leaf Spring              

·        Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma tools             

·        Leadership & Team Management Skills             

·        Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
