Role Description:


  • The Physics Teacher – IB & Cambridge role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida.
  • The educator will plan and deliver engaging Physics lessons aligned with IB and Cambridge curricula, ensuring conceptual clarity, inquiry-based learning, and strong assessment practices.
  • Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and teaching materials, conducting practical experiments and demonstrations, evaluating student progress, and providing constructive feedback.
  • The role involves collaborating with the academic team to develop schemes of work, participating in school events and co-curricular activities, and maintaining accurate records of student performance.
  • The teacher is also expected to foster a safe, inclusive classroom environment that supports diverse learning needs and encourages critical thinking and scientific curiosity.


Qualifications:


  • Experience in teaching DP, IGCSE, AS & A Level Curricula.
  • Relevant academic qualifications such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics, Education, or a related field; professional teaching certification is preferred.
  • Candidates should possess familiarity with IB and Cambridge curricula, including assessment frameworks and inquiry-based learning approaches.
  • Candidates should possess strong subject knowledge in Physics and Physics Education, with the ability to connect concepts to real-world applications.
  • Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning and Teaching skills, including classroom management and the use of varied instructional strategies.
  • Candidates should possess competence in Mathematics to support quantitative aspects of Physics and help learners with numerical problem-solving.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, and commitment to student-centered, gender-neutral, and inclusive practices.
