Chemistry Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Chemistry Faculty member to teach students from 9th to 10th Foundation and 11th–12th (IIT-JEE & NEET). The ideal candidate must have strong subject command, excellent classroom delivery skills, and a passion for mentoring students for competitive excellence.

• Teach Chemistry to students IIT-JEE/NEET batches (Grades 11–12).
• Prepare comprehensive lesson plans aligned with the institute’s academic framework.
• Deliver highly engaging, concept-driven classes to help students build strong fundamentals and competitive exam readiness.
• Conduct doubt-solving sessions, revision classes, and periodic assessments.
• Track academic progress of students and provide feedback for improvement.
• Develop study materials, practice sheets, and test papers for better learning outcomes.
• Maintain a disciplined and positive learning environment inside the classroom.
• Collaborate with academic coordinators and participate in regular faculty meetings.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong command over Chemistry (Physical, Analytical, Organic & Inorganic).
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for better student understanding.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and classroom management skills.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students for competitive examinations.
• Proficiency in using digital teaching tools is an added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Chemistry or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Foundation and competitive exam preparation.
• IIT/NIT graduates may apply with minimum 2 year of experience.
• Prior experience in reputed coaching institutes preferred.
