Full-time in a local head office, with no required travel. Relocation support available for candidates across Canada Open to pharmacists licensed anywhere in Canada (we’ll support Manitoba licensure) A true operations of day-to-day operations and worflow What You’ll Be Doing: Oversee the daily workflow, including dispensing, clinical checks, and patient service Assign pharmaist roles based on the day's needs Stay present on the floor and jump in when things get busy or stuck Be the go-to person for workflow or clinical questions during the shift Run quick huddles to keep everyone aligned and flad issues early Spot inefficiencies and make practical changes to improve workflows Who This Is Perfect For: A pharmacist or pharmacy manager looking for a stable, Monday to Friday role with an entrepreneurial company that is rapidly growing.
