Performance Manager

Join a growing national Chartered financial planning business as a Performance Manager working across a regional patch, supporting advisers and business owners to improve performance, drive growth, and embed best practice across the business. This isn’t a pure sales role. It’s about coaching, influencing, and getting the best out of people – particularly those who have been used to running things their own way.

You’ll do: Work closely with advisers to improve performance and drive growth Support business planning and help firms scale effectively Manage and influence senior stakeholders, including Heads of Office and business owners Provide insight and reporting on performance, MI, and key metrics Support integration of acquired firms into a wider group structure Travel across your region, building strong relationships across multiple offices You’ll bring: Experience within financial planning / IFA / wealth management Strong people management and relationship skills The ability to influence and challenge senior individuals A commercial mindset with an understanding of growth drivers Confidence working with data and performance metrics A background in advising, sales management, or operational leadership You’ll get: £65,000 – £75,000 base + bonus Field/Hybrid working A high-impact, visible role within a growing business Flexibility and autonomy in how you manage your region The opportunity to shape and influence multiple firms
