About Your New Job Report to the Packaging Team Lead, Test, Design and support the design function on new and existing projects. Be a key point of contact for CSI/Sales, Production, and Logistics teams regarding new designs and sample runs. Plan, prioritise, and execute the Design Centre Work Schedule, ensuring all samples meet expected quality standards.

Manage documentation for Engineering Change Orders, tooling layouts/quotes, and production drawings. Create or modify artwork as required and participate in customer site visits with sales representatives. Oversee Design Centre updates, supplies stock levels, lab presentation, and waste management.

Implement quality control systems and adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements (ISO Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety). Support maintenance of Test Lab & Design Centre equipment, including calibration and software updates. Assist with CAD Table Operative training and project work with the US Team.

Attend relevant classes or seminars and perform additional duties as required by management. What Skills You Need 2-3 years experience in a design or engineering capacity, ideally within packaging or a related industry. Proficiency in CAD software and strong attention to detail with documentation control.
