Position Overview

We invite talented individuals to join our Production and Architecture Consulting (PAC) team in Chile as a Production and Architecture Consultant. In this role you will deliver technical support, implementation, performance benchmarks, infrastructure and architecture consulting, and provide training to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Design and assist in deploying clients’ solutions on production infrastructure (on‑premises and on the cloud) to suit their scope of activity.
• Provide day‑to‑day technical support to ensure Murex customers’ technical satisfaction.
• Develop and execute performance test scripts to guarantee best application performance.
• Use standard profiling tools to identify performance bottlenecks, propose and build solutions in collaboration with the product development team when required.
• Deliver architecture and technical training for Murex customers to leverage their level of support.
• Develop expertise on different axes: OS, application design, implementation, hardware/cloud infrastructure, network and database servers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of Unix Shell scripting, Java, C/C++, SQL/RDBMS and Python.
• Knowledge of cloud solutions and multitier architecture is a plus.
• Knowledge of XML/XSLT, JSON, Terraform, Ansible, Perl, regex, JavaScript, Java JDK/JRE and Git/BitBucket is a plus.
• Strong programming and problem‑solving skills with a client‑oriented mindset.
• Fluency in English (spoken, read, written) and excellent communication skills.
