Outsourced Services Accountant - US Accounting

What Work You Will be Responsible For:

• Complete hands-onexperience with AccountsPayable process.
• Complete hands-onexperience with AccountsReceivable process.
• End-to-end accounting knowledge and experience is mandatory.
• Process Creditmemos and applyagainst invoices (both AP & AR).
• Prepare bank wires as needed.
• Monitor and report agingof accounts receivables/payables in a timelymanner.
• Ensure timelypreparation and reportingof expense reports.
• Record monthly Journal Entries & Payroll Journals.
• Analyse and prepare Bank Reconciliations and Balance Sheet schedules.
• Review, monitorand ensure all client deliverables are met on time with 100% quality.
