Role Description The Executive Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, supporting senior leadership and ensuring smooth office operations. This role includes managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel and accommodations, and preparing agendas and meeting materials. The Executive Administrative Assistant will handle phone calls and email correspondence, maintain records and filing systems, and assist with document preparation, data entry, and basic reporting.

The role also involves coordinating internal and external meetings, supporting event logistics for hearings or client visits, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure timely follow-ups and task completion. The individual will contribute to a professional, organized work environment and may support ad hoc projects and process improvements as needed.


Qualifications

  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to support senior leaders and daily office operations.
  • Professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for handling calls, emails, and stakeholder interactions with clarity and courtesy.
  • Solid Clerical Skills, including document preparation, filing, record-keeping, and data entry with high accuracy.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., email, calendar, spreadsheets, word processing) and comfort learning new software.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, maintaining confidentiality and exercising sound judgment.
  • Prior experience in an executive or administrative assistant role; experience in legal or technology environments is an advantage.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
