OSP Fiber Construction Manager (Data Center Builds) We are seeking a hands-on OSP Fiber Construction Manager to lead fiber builds supporting data center connectivity, backbone, and metro networks . This role will oversee field execution across aerial and underground construction , with a strong focus on high-capacity, mission-critical infrastructure . What You’ll Do Manage end-to-end OSP fiber construction (aerial, underground, HDD, microtrenching) Lead builds into and between data centers (DCI, MMR connectivity, diverse routing) Oversee contractors, crews, and vendors across multiple projects Ensure delivery on time, on budget, and to quality/safety standards Interpret construction prints, splice diagrams, and route maps Coordinate with engineering, permitting, utilities, and customers Drive fiber installation, splicing, testing, and turn-up What You Bring 5+ years in OSP fiber construction management Experience with data center fiber builds or large-scale backbone networks Strong knowledge of UG/aerial construction, splicing, and testing (OTDR) Proven ability to manage multiple crews and projects simultaneously Solid communication and field leadership skills Nice to Have Experience with hyperscale or colocation data centers Why Join Work on high-growth data center infrastructure projects Competitive comp + vehicle/allowance + benefits We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected status in accordance with applicable laws.
