About Us
We are a fast-growing, multi-outlet Mexican restaurant known for quality food and a focus on operational excellence. We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Outlet Manager to lead our café operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience every day.
Location: Chembur, Mumbai
Type: Full-Time
Salary Range (Monthly) - 30k to 45k INR
What You'll Do
• Oversee day-to-day café operations — opening, closing, and everything in between
• Lead, train, and motivate a passionate front-of-house team
• Maintain quality standards for food, beverages, and service
• Manage inventory, outlet level incentives, and cost controls
• Handle customer feedback and ensure a warm, welcoming atmosphere
• Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth service flow
• Track daily sales, prepare reports, and meet revenue targets
What We're Looking For
• 2–4 years of experience in F&B or café management
• Strong leadership and people skills
• A guest-first mindset with an eye for detail
• Ability to stay calm and sharp during busy service hours
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic inventory management
