Join Our Oracle Maintenance & Asset Management Practice

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Maintenance Consultant with expertise in Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Maintenance business processes.

You will support clients through the full Oracle Cloud lifecycle, helping organizations improve asset reliability, maintenance planning, operational efficiency, and digital maintenance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Oracle Fusion Cloud Implementations & Transformation Projects

• Participate in end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud Maintenance implementations and rollouts.
• Gather business requirements and conduct workshops with Operations, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams.
• Configure Oracle Fusion Cloud Maintenance solutions.
• Design and support preventive, corrective, and condition-based maintenance processes.
• Configure assets, maintenance programs, work orders, schedules, resources, and materials.
• Support integrations with Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, Cost Management, and Financials.
• Assist with testing, data migration, go-live, and hypercare activities.

Application Management Services (AMS)

• Provide L2/L3 functional support for Oracle Fusion Cloud Maintenance environments.
• Troubleshoot incidents and process-related issues.
• Manage enhancements and change requests.
• Support Oracle quarterly updates and regression testing.
• Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Maintenance, EAM, or related ERP/SCM solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Maintenance.
• Experience in implementation and/or AMS support environments.
• Strong understanding of:
• Asset Management
• Maintenance Programs
• Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
• Maintenance Work Orders
• Maintenance Scheduling
• Resources & Materials
• Spare Parts & Inventory Integration
• Maintenance Cost Management
• Understanding of integration between Maintenance, Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Financials.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English.

Nice to Have

• Oracle Fusion Cloud Maintenance or SCM certification.
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience.
• Experience with Inventory, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Cost Management modules.
• OTBI and BI Publisher knowledge.
• Asset lifecycle management expertise.
• ITIL and ITSM knowledge.
