Location: Mumbai Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to HR and HCM processes. Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud / Oracle EBS HCM modules. Provide techno-functional expertise across HCM modules such as: Core HR Payroll Absence Management Talent Management Recruitment Compensation Learning Time & Labor Design and develop integrations using: HDL HCM Extracts BI Publisher OTBI Fast Formulas REST/SOAP APIs Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics.

Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions. Support data migration, testing, and deployment activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams during implementation and support projects.

Participate in requirement workshops, CRP sessions, UAT, and go-live activities. Ensure adherence to Oracle best practices and security standards. Prepare functional and technical documentation.

Required Skills Functional Skills Strong understanding of HR business processes. Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud or Oracle EBS HCM. Knowledge of end-to-end employee lifecycle management.

Experience with payroll configurations and statutory compliance. Understanding of workflows, approvals, and security configurations. Technical Skills Hands-on experience with: HCM Extracts HDL/HSDL Fast Formula BI Publisher Reports OTBI Reporting OIC Integrations REST/SOAP APIs SQL/PLSQL Knowledge of data conversion and migration strategies.

Familiarity with XML, Web Services, and integration frameworks. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR, or related field. 5+ years of relevant Oracle HCM techno-functional experience. At least 1–2 end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation projects.

Oracle certifications in HCM Cloud are preferred.
