Responsible for day-to-day management of operatives, staff and site-based support to ensure site capability/capacity is maximised. Ensure compliance with Veolia requirements & fleet requirements through audit. Use Power BI for daily / weekly / monthly reviews.

Manage people & assets to deliver efficient & profitable service. Serve as the nominated Transport Manager with overall responsibility for fleet management and compliance. Drive efficiencies within the role to maximise profit.

Utilise data to improve operational performance. Create a customer excellence approach & culture. Deliver a first-time collection culture.

Manage people & assets to deliver/exceed service expectations. Qualifications Previous experience in waste and fleet management. Transport CPC.
