Operations Manager

Industry: Hospitality / Co-Living / Student Housing

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our properties and ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations across assigned properties.
• Manage Property Managers and on-ground operational teams.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and resident experience.
• Monitor housekeeping, security, maintenance, and other facility operations.
• Handle operational escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers and monitor service quality.
• Manage manpower planning, staff deployment, and team performance.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, policies, and operational standards.
• Monitor operational expenses and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
• Work closely with sales and other departments to support occupancy and business goals.
• Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and resident satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7–8 years of experience in Hospitality, Co-Living, Student Housing or Facility Operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience in managing multiple properties or locations will be preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
