Operations Manager (Wastewater) Location: Yorkshire (office/site-based) Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum (depending on experience) About the Role We are seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager with a strong background in the wastewater sector to join our growing team in Yorkshire. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, managing projects from quotation through to completion, and leading a team to deliver high-quality services to our clients. Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage quotations, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and profitability Oversee multiple wastewater projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification Lead, motivate, and manage operational staff, fostering a high-performance culture Act as the primary point of contact between operational teams and the Managing Director Monitor project performance, providing regular reports and updates to senior leadership Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations Identify opportunities for operational improvements and business growth Requirements Proven experience in the wastewater industry (essential) Demonstrated ability to prepare quotations and manage project lifecycles Strong leadership experience, with a track record of managing teams effectively Excellent organisational and communication skills Commercial awareness and a results‑driven mindset Ability to work closely with senior management and contribute to strategic decisions What We Offer Competitive salary up to £50,000 Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and influence business direction Career progression within a growing organisation Supportive and collaborative working environment Company vehicle + fuel card 30 days holiday excluding statutory days Christmas bonus (performance related) To Apply: Please contact Becky Kerridge on 0161 507 3363 or simply apply with your current CV. #J-18808-Ljbffr
